CAEP International Franchise Opportunities

Description:
CAEP (CA Education Programs) is an organization that brings people from all over the world together to learn, work, and train.

We are the largest J-1 Agriculture program in the world. Over 20,000 trainees have come to the U.S. to live and experience life with our host families and businesses. Many have found careers and run large farms, nurseries, wineries and horse operations in their respective countries. Some have just racked up the experience as a life experience in growing up. But all have loved the opportunity to "drill deep" into another culture through our programs.

CAEP is now expanding their education focus to include implementation of the concept of "putting learning to work" by providing coursework and credit at American universities, offering opportunities beyond agriculture, mapping work experience and courses between American universities and the student's home university, and finally domestic apprenticeship through the U.S. Department of Labor.

There are over 60 CAEP Country Partners around the world. Some are independent entrepreneurs, some are direct partners of CAEP, some are education or government organizations, and others are just one-person shops facilitating our programs from their home offices.

We are now promoting a "world wide learn and earn experience" by encouraging youth not to just come to the U.S., but to travel the world to develop their career skills. CAEP will validate this world certificate with an accredited certificate from the individual's home country. For example if you are a U.S. citizen, the DoL will recognize your apprenticeship in wine skills from work at wineries in Australia, South Africa, France, and other worldwide wineries who have agreed to validate on our skills standards. If you are a "horse" person from the UK, we will host and move you around the world to different horse operations to have your skills validated and certified from the UK. You will be recognized by your respective country as a worldwide experienced horse person - differentiating you from someone who has had experience and skills validated just in the UK.

The Business Model

CAEP works with CAEP International Franchises to recruit young people to come on our programs. These "trainees", or "interns" come to the U.S. from 3 to 12 months to "learn and earn" at one of our hosts. They pay an up front fee that includes the commission that CAEP pays to the International Franchise, the price of the ticket and the fees to CAEP to be placed, managed, and certified. Our CAEP International Franchise fees are compensated on a percentage of the fees collected by CAEP.

As a CAEP International Franchise you have access to our online systems for worldwide application processing, marketing assistance in building your web presence, and opportunities to develop a hosting business in your own country for our participants.

Additional Revenue Streams
In some cases insurance fees charged by CAEP are commissionable back to the CAEP International Franchise. If you have an individual that travels the world with CAEP, you receive commissions on all the fees associated with that individual as they travel throughout the world on our programs.

Duties
A CAEP International Franchise is responsible for recruiting people to the CAEP programs, managing applications, and assisting the applicant through the visa application process. The normal amount of time per applicant averages a couple of hours of time during application, to phone assistance while the applicant is going through the embassy visa process.

Financial Investment
A CAEP International Franchise has a initial registration fee of $1500 in which all but $250 is financed over time and through fees brought into the business. Lets work on the illustration of a business financial model of approximately 60 applicants through the program during your first year of CAEP Premier Partnership. Many of our participants will travel to two or more countries with CAEP. The revenue stream to a CAEP International Franchise is replicated each time an applicant is moved to another country. With the new internship status, students may repeat multiple placements during there career. A CAEP International Franchise receives placement fee revenue each time an intern is placed. Some of our CAEP International Franchises recruit over 100 recruits a year to our program. CAEP will assist in marketing, signing University agreements, and building the program with each CAEP International Franchise.
