Become
a CAEP Intern
Description:
The CA Education Program offers internship positions in agriculture, horticulture,
turf management, wine, food science and equine related industries in the United
States and abroad. We work with many countries, each having different agricultural
programs to offer as well as different guidelines for our applicants.
Many universities require an internship and work study as an integral part of
their curriculum. CAEP is partnering with universities throughout the world
to assist students in fulfilling the internship requirement of thier programs.
To assist universities, CAEP has developed an online "Skillability" system consisting of required skills in each industry. These occupational skills,
when learned and practiced, are verified by the host and CAEP, and can be mapped
to college curriculums in the intern's home country.
The CA Education Program is an opportunity for one to gain valuable training,
learn more about different cultures, strengthen communication skills, and improve
one's employment opportunities in his/her home country. As a CAEP Intern, you
will have the opportunity to learn about the different cultures and the farming
or business techniques used in different countries.

(1) be currently enrolled
in and pursuing studies at a degree or certificate-granting, post-secondary
