Over twenty years of experience with young people has given CAEP a lot of contacts throughout the world. Numerous trainees have gone on to own their own businesses, made contacts with large and small corporations at high levels, and have their skills developed to be great candidates for employment. In many cases, CAEP trainees are now 2nd generation trainee/interns in our programs. Our participants have multi language skills, international job skills, and know how to relate and adapt to a multitude of situations. We believe that they have something to offer in a global marketplace. But there are lots of young people who do not have the monetary resources to take advantage of given untapped talents. CAEP believes that there is an opportunity for corporations to work with our organizations to give these young people a chance to "grab their piece of the world" while assisting multi-national corporations in their business goals of expanding into new markets and distribution, deploy international corporate training programs, or use our CAEP job bank database to source possible qualified candidates for employment positions.
